The historic town of Paphos is conveniently located about 20 minutes away by car. Paphos is famous for the remains of the Roman Governor’s palace where fine mosaics are a major attraction. Adjoining the kitchen but separated by a Breakfast Bar. The area which features a recessed ceiling and dining table with seating capacity of 10-12, overlooks the lounge and is separated by a waist level tempered glass balustrade

Spacious double lounge with a corner sofa plus a 2 seater leather sofa and coffee tables in fireplace area a further two3 seater leather sofas and coffee table in TV area. Home cinema in lounge with 37 inch LCD TV and DVD player, CD player and satellite T V showing most popular news, sport and movie channels.

All bathrooms are lined with the finest granite and marble imported from Italy. All showers have tempered glass cubicles.
A double sofa bed in the cinema room can serve as a sixth bedroom at no extra cost. We have a separate shower and toilet in the adjoining passage.
There is a large private veranda upstairs.

Fully equipped cinema room with 10 seating places. State of the art cinema system with large screen and projector. Satellite TV showing the most popular channels, including news, sports, and movies.
Outdoor area:
Covered veranda with sofas accommodating 10 persons. External dining area for 10 persons.
Speakers on veranda and swimming pool areas. Run from lounge system.

Utility room

Linen/maid service
Cleaning and change of laundry weekly for parties staying 2 or more week's laundry change after 1 week. Daily Maid service can be provided at an extra cost.

A PC with scanner, printer, copier and fax is situated in the villa. We have broadband to the PC and full Wi-Fi for lap tops all with high speed internet line.

Air Conditioning
All the A/Cs run on two hour timers in order to save energy. They need to be reactivated manually every two hours.
Outside Features
Full landscaped garden both at the front and rear of the villa .Large outside grass area next to the pool enjoying spectacular views of the ravine and sea equipped with 10 loungers.

The swimming pool is 13 X 6m and features a Jacuzzi and pool stools. It is a chlorine free pool ( working with salt ). A separate children's Paddling Pool is positioned beside the swimming pool. The pool can be heated at the cost of £450 per week. Payment for pool heating must be paid at the time of Final Balance to our UK Account. We guarantee a pool temperature of 25 degrees C.

Coast/beach
The nearest beach is only 10 minutes walk from the property. The resort has also a beach club at Avdimou with bar and restaurant a shuttle bus operates from the Intercontinental Hotel which is 5 minutes walk from the villa. There are 2 other beaches nearby at Aphrodite's Rock and Pissouri.
Golf
This 5* resort includes an 18-hole championship golf course, driving range, 3 hole golf academy course and excellent practise facilities. The Secret Valley and Tsada courses are also nearby. Other courses currently under construction and due for completion in 08 include the Nick Faldo designed course ten minutes away.
Travel
Paphos Airport is 17 Km from the resort (10-15 minutes by car) .Car hire is not required within the resort but useful if you want to travel and see the island.
